About us
During the Covid-19 outbreak of 2020, best friends Jason Nottage and Paul Gray got together for a round of golf just before the lockdown and came up with the idea of entertaining people by playing DJ sets using Facebook Live via the Club 76 Facebook page.
People loved what they did so both Paul and Jason encouraged and recruited
their friends and new DJs to play on Club 76 Facebook Live page to keep the
vibe fresh and exciting. The family, as it became, quickly grew as many friends
came out of retirement to play, reminding themselves of the fun and life
they'd previously enjoyed. As the word spread of the fun community spirit, all
involved watched in disbelief as the following grew from 50, then 100, to 500,
to over 3000 as it stands today. DJs and entertainers hail from Essex, Suffolk,
Brighton, London, Scotland, France, Switzerland and South Africa to name a few.
Behind the scenes a community of over 40 DJs and media specialists
collaborated to bring entertaining online sets and successfully raised over £6000
for charities including Colchester Zoo and the NHS fund.
We are especially proud to hear of the positive impact Club 76 has made to
people's mental health during the lockdown period, our global reach and the
wonderful opportunity to fundraise for those in need, all through the powerful
medium of music. Club 76: The Lockdown Chapter was a huge team effort by
every single one of the team and all our fantastic followers.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone involved.
